Questions
What does the $79 a month cover?
Hosting, updates and support, starting the day your site goes live. The domain renewal (about $20-30 a year) is billed at cost in your name.
Do I need to write anything?
No. We build from what's already public (your Facebook page, existing site, Google listing) and you correct anything that's wrong.
Can I keep my current email/number?
Yes. Nothing changes unless you want it to.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it properly on your own domain and switch it over with no downtime.
What does the $150 a month cover?
Everything in the $79, plus your Google profile kept current and the review texts. Same start date: the day your site goes live.
Do I have to be on Xero?
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks all work. If you invoice from a job app like Tradify or ServiceM8, it already syncs to one of those, so we read it there.
What does the review text say?
Something like: 'Hi Sarah, thanks for having us out today. If you have a minute, a Google review really helps us out.' Then the link. Each customer only ever gets it once.
